Our collection and return service is available to every customer. If you prefer, we can call upon arrival and you can place your rugs outside for collection. Your rug will then be returned wrapped up in the same way.
As a token gesture and best practice, till further notice, all rugs will be treated with a broad spectrum anti-microbial solution. We cannot say this will definitely kill Covid-19 but will be of benefit at this time whilst there is no certified product proven to kill the Covid-19 virus.
